She also orchestrated the launch of That Concept Store, a cutting-edge 4,000 sqm phygital retail space in the Middle East. In her role as CEO of Majid Al Futtaim - Shopping Malls, Shireen used her customer-centric focus to introduce the Mall of the Future, a game-changing strategic initiative for the organisation.

Shireen's extensive experience also includes a 19-year tenure as CEO of Al Tayer Insignia, where she managed an impressive portfolio of over 35 high-end brands, from Armani and Bvlgari to Gucci. She was the driving force behind Ounass, which evolved into the leading online store in the Middle East, and played a key role in bringing Harvey Nichols and Bloomingdale's to Dubai.
