Jaypee V. Ricafort

Jaypee is registered architect working in the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) with over 16 years of architectural design work experiences.  His ability to impart his design creativity onto construction implementation has made him a very experienced Works Delivery/implementation Manager.  

His overall professional experience as Site Resident Architect and Project /Design Coordinator in UAE (since 2008), included scope of building/fitout design coordination, construction/fitout supervision, delivery/program management and general on-site works management. 

Jaypee is well versed with implementing fitout works and has a broad understanding of the local building authorities' by-laws/ and codes.  Being a experienced Tenant Delivery Manager, he has enhanced his ability in managing multiple stakeholders of for retail design and delivery.   He has always worked well with our clients, participated in interfacing/ kick off design briefings, coordinating fit out programs with fitout contractors /main contractor’s program, periodic on-site inspection/, management and signing off of works in accordance to approved drawings & work methodologies.
