Carlos Boco is a licensed architect and accomplished Fit-Out and Retail Design Manager with over 32 years of experience in the UAE, including 15+ years in hands-on project and design management roles. He has successfully delivered over 60 shops as Senior RDD Manager at The Dubai Mall and has led high-profile developments such as City Walk, Mall of the Emirates, Reem Mall, and the New Abu Dhabi International Airport. Carlos has also overseen entertainment and F&B fit-outs at Mirdif City Centre and played a key role in the Duty-Free concessions (AerRianta) at MTB–ADAC.
